Nazareth Joinery was founded over 30 years ago by Ruda Suleiman, who began the business with a small, humble factory. With dedication and hard work, the company quickly grew and expanded into a large-scale production operation, earning a reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliable service in the joinery industry. In 2003, Leigh Jones, fresh out of school, joined Nazareth Joinery as an apprentice. Over the following years, Leigh honed his skills, learning the trade from the ground up, and steadily rose through the ranks, taking on increasing responsibilities. By the time he became Factory Foreman, Leigh had built a deep understanding of the company’s operations and culture.
When Ruda decided to sell the business in 2017, it was a natural next step for Leigh to step into a leadership role. Having been an integral part of the company for 15 years, Leigh’s transition into ownership was seamless. His knowledge of both the technical and managerial aspects of the business allowed him to continue the tradition of excellence that Nazareth Joinery is known for. Today, under Leigh's leadership, the company remains committed to delivering exceptional joinery products and services, while staying true to the core values of craftsmanship, quality, and customer satisfaction that have guided the business since its inception.
